Citizens Center About Us Somervell County Committee on Aging coordinates services to persons who are 60 and their spouses. The aging programs provide the opportunity for seniors of all ages to maintain independence in their own home through involvement in Senior Center activities and the variety of services provided by the SCCoA. The Center is a resource for the entire community.
