Education Française de Sacramento - FRENCH CLASSES FOR KIDS About Us 7 FLAM CLASSES French as a Second Language JUST FOR KIDS GIVE THE GIFT OF A SECOND LANGUAGE. EFSAC is a nonprofit 501c3 organization founded in 2011 whose mission is to offer affordable educational classes to native and nonnative French speaker students K12 living in the Sacramento Area. Our goal is that our students can retain or improve their knowledge of French Culture and Language in order for them to embrace their multicultural identity. EFSAC is an apolitical nonreligious organization that promotes the French language and culture with the values of no discrimination diversity inclusion and racial equity.
