💧 Bringing Clean Water to Mechrey Community! 💧 We are honored to announce the successful completion of the Water Filtration System at Mechrey Pagoda, a key initiative under the Smile by Water Project, initiated by JCI Japan and implemented in collaboration with JCI Siem Reap. This project was made possible through the collective efforts of several dedicated NGOs, including our organization, Water For Cambodia. This filtration system will provide clean and safe drinking water to the Mechrey community, directly benefiting 340 families, or approximately 1,357 individuals. This initiative represents a significant step forward in improving public health and quality of life in the region. We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to His Excellency the Consul of Japan in Siem Reap and the District Governor for gracing the inauguration ceremony with their presence. Their support and participation underscore the importance of strong international and local partnerships in addressing community needs.
