SidexSide OKC | Curating Talent and Employer Mutuality Curating Talent and Employer Mutuality Work by Learning SidexSide exists to build a bridge between overlooked talent and local employers. Rooted in partnership we serve participants as they launch into longterm career pathways and employers as they expand their local labor force. Our Partners Referral Partners Participants in the SidexSide program are referred by local nonprofit agencies and paid for their fulltime participation to remove the barrier of access. Education Partners Participants spend 9 weeks receiving intensive power skills training from ten plus local and national curriculum partners.
