Home TAKE THE STEP PTSD Were here to help Advocating for effective solutions to support military personnel experiencing stress and depression during deployment and in the aftermath when assimilating back into daily life. I want to share wonderful news about what we are doing at PTSD NOW. Today our focus and funding is on the prevention side of PTSD stress and depression within the National Guard. As a result we are currently funding the implementation of a program for the individual National Guard units called Purple Resolve starting in the State of Nevada.
