The Childrens Place A Place to be Heard A Place to be Helped Who We Are The Childrens Place is a Child Advocacy Center CAC specializing in assessments advocacy and therapy services for abused and neglected children in Wasilla AK. What We Do We provide a safe location for law enforcement and CPS to conduct interviews with abused and neglected children as well as emotional support crisis intervention and treatment referral services. We seek to minimize trauma in young victims by working with them in a comfortable and neutral environment that results in more effective casework. Our process includes a compassionate interview with our forensic interview specialist that details any abuse and need for medical or psychological care.
