My Learning Studio Outreach

My Learning Studio Outreach (MLSO) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on providing educational support to individuals in need. Established during the economic challenges following the 2008 recession, MLSO aims to enhance academic outcomes for a diverse range of students, including low-income, foster, adopted, at-risk, and court-appointed children.

Mission

The organization seeks to encourage and benefit all students and their parents academically, promoting creative and innovative learning methods regardless of demographic differences. MLSO is dedicated to ensuring that education is accessible to everyone, fostering an environment where students can thrive academically.

Programs

My Learning Studio Outreach offers a variety of programs designed to support academic development. Key programs include:

• Free and Fee-Reduced Tutoring: MLSO provides tutoring sessions in subjects such as math, reading, science, and Spanish. This tutoring is available for students struggling academically, particularly those who are at-risk or from disadvantaged backgrounds.
• Reading Comprehension and Math Programs: Focus on enhancing reading fluency, comprehension, and writing skills, alongside math support. Free math tutoring is specifically available for subjects like algebra and geometry.
