FCI began as an organization that determined eligibility for preschoolers needing subsidized childcare in an effort to empower working poor families. During its 48 years FCI has grown into a multifaceted social service agency serving 18000 South Florida children annually. FCI and its dedicated team of professionals serve the community via comprehensive family strengthening early learning initiatives a child care food and nutrition program implemented in over 250 childcare centers and educational training services in South Florida.
