The Trousdale Foundation MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDER Its with great pleasure that I welcome you to our site and invite you to explore the mission and purpose of The Trousdale Foundation. Our dual purpose nonprofit organization encompasses The Trousdale Living Communities TLC which operates senior care facilities around the country as well as a separate nonprofit The Trousdale School which is a postsecondary school for adults with intellectual disabilities here in Cleveland Tennessee. For close to five decades I have had the privilege of working boots on the ground in the senior life care business. Its a most honorable profession but is not for the faint of heart.
