This morning, the community came together to officially break ground on a $68 million transformation project for the West Side Market. The upgrades will bring a brand new food hall, courtyard, event space with teaching kitchens, a renovated produce arcade, modern heating & cooling, and upgraded vendor spaces while honoring the market’s rich history. Despite the change, the market will continue to stay open throughout the renovations! This project is made possible through the support of partners working together to invest in the market’s future.
