Pullman Civic Trust Enhancing the quality of life on the Palouse since 1983. We are working to build a better community through civic and environmental projects in the Palouse region. Our projects celebrate our rivers create trail networks beautify downtown and develop a deeper sense of community. Creating Community By Connecting to Our Rivers and Trails Pullman Civic Trust is a nonprofit volunteer organization of more than 300 communityminded citizens of the Palouse.
