We are a diverse, youth-driven teen center dedicated to promoting personal growth through artistic expression, community leadership and the exchange of ideas. The Neutral Zone was founded by teens in 1998 to provide area high school teens a venue for social, educational, leadership, & creative opportunities.

Neutral Zone WELCOME TO NEUTRAL ZONE Neutral Zone is a transformative youthdriven community where youth embrace their power ignite their creativity and launch their future to build equity justice and collective liberation. Notice Neutral Zone will be closed for Spring Break March 2428th. We will be back Monday March 31st. Upcoming Events Neutral Zone presents Potential the 42nd annual juried art show for high school aged youth.
