The Neutral Zone was founded by teens in 1998 to provide area high school teens a venue for social, educational, leadership, & creative opportunities.

CALLING ALL YOUTH HIP HOP ARTISTS IN THE AREA. Neutral Zone, My Brothers Keeper Formula 734 and We Are Culture Creators are collaborating on a Hip Hop showcase and we’re looking for youth and adults to celebrate the creativity of the youth in our community through hip hop. We are seeking freestyle ciphers, DJs, graffiti artists and more to create original artistic pieces together.
