Through short term apprenticeships creating our products the Zena women earn a living wage to support themselves and their families above the poverty line access business education AND save monthly towards the startup capital they need to start their businesses. Zena earrings have been seen in What is The Zena Launch Pad. To keep communications clear we call our product line The Zena Brand and our social impact The Zena Launch Pad.
