Early Learning Preschool and Head Start Programs - Epic Early Learning Celebrating 45 years working handinhand with children and their families to strengthen our communities. EPIC Provides Free High Quality Preschool To Eligible Families Children who attend ECEAP and Head Startlearn to manage their feelings get along with others and follow classroom procedures. They build the beginning skills for reading math and science. Our programs provide education and leadership opportunities for parents as well as professional development training for early childhood educators.
