Desde sus inicios se ha destacado como la principal institucion en la intervencion tratamiento y prevencion del maltrato a menores y violencia familiar. Los programas deESCAPEincluyen servicios como Consejeria general consejeria especializadaen el hogar intervencion en crisis campaas de concienciacion orientaciones telefonicas Programa Early Head Start cuido y desarrollo de infantes y maternales cursos de crianza saludable charlas conferencias educativas desarrollo y promocion de material informativo ademas de investigacion sobre el problema de maltrato a menores y violencia familiar. El Centro de Fortalecimiento Familiar ESCAPE a traves de su Programa Early Head Start es un patrocinador del Programa de Alimentos para el Cuidado de Nios y Adultos PACNA del Departamento de Agricultura de los Estados Unidos USDA.
