Home - Tails From The City NonProfit NoKill AllVolunteer Rescue Tails from the City believes that pet ownership is a serious responsibility and a lifelong commitment but one that comes with many rewards. About Us About Our Rescue We are a nonprofit nokill all volunteer rescue that formed in late 2011 when a group of acquaintances responded to a call for help with a hoarding situation. Over 100 cats were rescued and brought to our hastily acquired shelter located on the near west side of Cleveland. Most of the original cats have found forever homes but we have not stopped helping new cats in need.

Everybody loves to see cute kitten pictures, but check out these adorable one year old Tails alums. We took them in when they were just babies, and thanks to the amazing foster care they received, they are now living their best lives in their furever home. We help find homes for over 500 animals each year.
