Nutrition Services Conway Emergency Shelter Head Start Special Programs Donations Matching Requirements Utility Assistance Volunteer Opportunities Our Board CAPCA is a private nonprofit 501c 3 Community Action Agency which is governed by a tripartite governing body made up of volunteers from the public private and the lowincome sectors. Members are selected based on a democratic selection process. We commend our Board for their leadership engagement and commitment to serving others.
