For over 50 years the VirginiaHighland Civic Association VHCA has been the heart of our community focusing on parks planning safety preservation schools and community building. The VHCA is a group of elected volunteers with active committees that live in VirginiaHighland and focus on the common good and interests of residents of our beloved VAHI.
