West Catholic Athletic League | San Jose, CA - WCAL West Catholic Athletic League WCAL The WCAL is a basic league of the CIFCentral Coast Section. The WCAL was founded in 1967 to provide for the administration of athletic competition among its member schools. Athletic participation is seen as integral to our schools common CatholicChristian mission and as such is viewed as an extension of the classroom. Administrators faculty and coaches dedicate themselves to bringing forth this mission to their studentathlete that will serve the participating individual and community.
