9to5 Action Fund About Us 9to5 Action Funds mission is to build political power to achieve economic justice by engaging directly impacted women to improve their working and living conditions. We believe that systemic change is accomplished through grassroots organizing education advocacy leadership development and voter engagement and that through these activities we can achieve equality economic security and social justice at the workplace and beyond. At 9to5 Action Fund our vision is that an economically and racially just world is possible one where poverty and discrimination have been eliminated the contributions of women are recognized and valued and all women and their families thrive.
