Home - Ephrata Area Rehab Services Ephrata Area Rehab Services Ephrata Area Rehab Services Call Menu Donate Providing Support That Promotes Independence Personal Choice. Assisting intellectually disabled adults in the Ephrata Area EARS currently supports 113 adults with ID who reside in Lancaster Lebanon Berks and Montgomery County in eastern Pennsylvania. All programs are licensed by the Department of Public Welfare and governed by the Office of Developmental Programs.
