In 2015 we piloted a onestopshop approach to improve engagement with people experiencing homelessness. This was done by activating faithbased organizations and partnering with social service agencies to develop a program where comprehensive services are resources were available to the community in a central location. Today our program has grown to serve more than 12000 individuals experiencing homelessness and continues to add value to our community by expanding our reach and services.
