Let39s change the canopy in our community East Boston suffers from the lowest tree canopy in Boston. Our mission is to change that. Tree Eastie is a community based urban forestry program. Our goals are to plant more trees in high urban heat islands educate residents on the benefits of trees and ensure the proper maintenance and care of new and existing trees.
