Home Welcome to the Oregon Council for Behavioral Health OCBH promotes develops and maintains the highest quality community programs and services for the treatment of problems related to behavioral health and advocates for the recovery of Oregonians with substance use disorder and mental health disabilities. Virtual Since its launch in 2020 OCBHs Spring Webinar Series has become a trusted virtual platform for delivering highquality accessible training to peers leadership teams HR professionals and clinical staff from OCBH member organizations andpartners across Oregon. Growing annually to over 300 participants the series has awarded more than 2200 Continuing Education Credits providing timely insights into system updatesindustry best practices and impactful legislative developments. Registration is now open.
