TODCO Group: Affordable Housing and Community Building in SOMA For more than 40 years TODCO has been a powerful advocate for affordable housing in the South of Market neighborhood. Today our properties are home to more than 1000 families and friends who call SoMa their home. Our residents are a living testament to what happens when you put people first in our neighborhood. And we will keep fighting to keep it that way.
