🎉 SGIM is excited to congratulate Anuradha Paranjape, MD, MPH of the University of Colorado School of Medicine, for being chosen as SGIM Treasurer-Elect! 👏 Dr. Paranjape is Chair of the Department of Medicine at Denver Health and Professor and Vice Chair at the University of Colorado. She has a distinguished record of leadership, including serving as GIM Division Chief and Vice-Chair for Clinical Affairs at Temple University. Her research has focused on health disparities, particularly those related to family violence, patient health perceptions, and aging in urban minority women. She has authored numerous publications, reviewed for NIH/NIA, and contributed to key research networks like PCORnet. A dedicated SGIM member, Dr. Paranjape has chaired the Women and Medicine Task Force, Philanthropy Committee, and Nominations Committee, while also playing a vital leadership role in ACLGIM.
