Holyoakex27s Award Winning DRUMBEAT Program Drumbeat uses a structured formal curriculum to present a tenweek course with core strategies and goals ending with an awards ceremony and a team performance. It uses a building block strategy to lead participants to assess their values and learn behavioral skills.
