Group Homes

Supported Living Program
The organization's Supported Living Program serves over 60 clients across Multnomah, Washington, and Clackamas Counties. This program offers personalized assistance with tasks such as housekeeping, meal preparation, money management, community inclusion, and health care. Clients can reside in their own homes or with family members while receiving support.
