Westside Community Focus

Westside Community Focus is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing various forms of support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Portland Metropolitan area. Mission

Group Homes

Westside Community Focus operates four group homes in Multnomah County: Yamhill Street Group Home, Vancouver Street Group Home, Woodstock Group Home, and Tenino Group Home. Supported Living Program

The organization's Supported Living Program serves over 60 clients across Multnomah, Washington, and Clackamas Counties. This program offers personalized assistance with tasks such as housekeeping, meal preparation, money management, community inclusion, and health care. Clients can reside in their own homes or with family members while receiving support.
