Mindful Kids Miami Training adults to bring mindfulness to the children they serve What We Do Mindful Kids Miami provides researchbased mindfulness training to educators healthcare providers community organizations and caregivers on best practices for sharing mindfulness activities with children and youth. Through insightful handson learning and programming led by dedicated knowledgeable instructors we are able to help bring benefits of mindfulness to children from preK through the 12th grade in MiamiDade County and throughout Florida. Our vision is to improve the lives of all children in our community. When empowered with quality mindfulness training and techniques leaders are better able to help children and students reduce stress and anxiety develop attention and focus promote emotional regulation and impulse control teach empathy and compassion and create a sense of wellbeing.
