Victoria's Victory Foundation HELPING PEOPLE ACHIEVE THEIR OWN PERSONAL VICTORY VVF is a 501 C 3 dedicated to providing assistance with the day to day needs of those living with spinal cord injuries traumatic brain injuries and other mobility related disabilities caused by an injury or diagnosis. Did you know 1 in 4 adults in the US has a disability. 1 in 3 adults has unmet healthcare needs because of cost. The healthcare cost to a person with a disability is 3X more than that of a person without a disability.
