The Latest Kayla Mitchell Named Citizen Transportation Advocate of the Year at WTS Central Floridas 2024 Banquet We are thrilled to announce that Kayla Mitchell BikeWalk Central Floridas BWCF Controller was honored with the Citizen Transportation Advocate of the Year award at the WTS Central Florida Annual Scholarship Awards Banquet held on December 4 2024.

Local governments now have the power to: ✅ Set minimum age limits for e-bike riders and micromobility device users ✅ Require photo ID while operating these devices ✅ Offer or require safety training ✅ Redefine terms like "micromobility devices" As cities and counties adopt their own rules, it’s important to stay informed and follow local laws.
