About Us Our Story In 1988 our founder Scott Reall began his journey as a Senior Wellness Director at the YMCA. Tasked with assessing and prescribing exercise programs Scott quickly saw that physical fitness alone couldnt address the deeper issues many people were facing. Secretly battling his own struggles with anxiety and depression Scott realized that true transformation required more than just selfhelp it required a higher power.
