Saving Tails Animal Rescue STAR is a Minnesotabased 501c3 nonprofit volunteer animal rescue. STAR was founded with the goal of helping local animals who are unclaimed abandoned abused or neglected. Through foster homes STAR will provide a safe and loving environment for animals in need to recover and rehabilitate both mentally and physically. STARs goal is to build a strong network of volunteers who are dedicated to helping provide safe and loving homes for animals with the goal of finding them their forever homes.
