Drum roll please... 🥁 presenting "How We Are Together"! Our 64th anthology and brings together pieces from storytellers throughout Portland who we met in our spring writing groups. The title was chosen because it feels timely and relevant to the cultural moment, where local communities are gathering and caring for each other in the face of political and cultural aggression and abandonment. The title also reflects the way our writing groups gather to create, share, and support; at the start of each season, each workshop creates "group guidelines" to create a safe and welcoming space to write, literally defining how we are together. This amazing book will be on sale next week at our Summer Reading and Book Release on June 5 for a special price of $12!
