First Access Behavioral Health Introducing First Access Behavioral Health First responders deserve access to quality mental health services that can help them cope with the stress and trauma of their work. This is where we come in. OUR MISSION Improve the quality of life and enhance resiliency for first responders by offering quality awareness and support services to reduce workplace traumas physical and psychological effects. PTSD is an increasingly common mental health condition among first responders Recent statistics suggest that posttraumatic stress disorder is experienced by approximately onethird of the first responder community in some form.
