Meet Chaney Jambor 🧑‍🔬 Role: Research Associate in the START Lab 💡 Interests: Technology Assessment and Wet Lab As a member of the Scientific Technology Assessment Research Team (START Lab), Chaney is a key part of working at the wet lab bench to execute pilot projects with industry partners in collaboration with the labs at TGen & City of Hope. His specific role in the START lab helps make decisions on which cutting-edge technologies should be integrated into the research being done at both institutes. Being in a technology testing role allows Chaney to be innovative and provides the opportunity to think of new ways to solve problems. He can feed his passion to push boundaries and move the needle with different scientific ideas. Asking, Why is something done that way? Is there a way to improve it? What if we did this a completely different way instead? TGen, part of City of Hope, has launched the Lori Lane/Andrew Spyrow Fellowship to honor two lives lost to glioblastoma.
