TO COORDINATE AND SUPPORT ACTIVITIES OF NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS ENGAGED IN HEALTH CARE ACTIVITIES FOR THE BETTERMENT OF THE GENERAL HEALTH OF THE COMMUNITIES SERVED BY THEM; AND4.
