Wylde Wind & Water What is Wylde Wind Water. Established in 2022 Wylde Wind Water is a 501c3 NonProfit based in Hood River Oregon created by professional water woman Fiona Wylde to provide water safety education and water sports opportunities to both kids and adults in the community. In the first three years of the organization Wylde Wind Water provided water sports and water safety education for over 4077 people through fifteen programs. Each program teaches people about the recreation opportunities that can be had on the Columbia River and how to be safe while recreating.
