We actively address significant issues impacting those populations, including access to sound nutrition and wellness, higher education, and economic opportunity. The Institute's initiative on finance and Technical Assistance for small business owners is led by the Massachusetts HAI staff located in Boston and Springfield. The objective is to help small Latino and minority businesses to strengthen, grow and achieve long-term sustainability through bi-lingual, bi-cultural one-on-one counseling, training workshops, and education and mentoring.
