Pathways to Housing DC Homepage - Pathways to Housing DC Our Mission Ending Homelessness Through Housing First The mission of Pathways to Housing DC is to end homelessness and support recovery for people with complex health challenges. 900 people moved into our permanent housing program since 2004 3500 people served in our programs each year of people remain in housing successfully in our program of the people we serve are overcoming mental illness substance use or severe health challenges Our Programs Housing First Teams We start by housing people directly from the streets without preconditions. Then we address their mental health addiction physical health employment and education challenges to help integrate them back into our community. Homeless Street Outreach We meet people on the streets and build personcentered relationships in order to meet their housing and health goals.
