The mission of SLLEA (Smart, Living, Learning, & Earning with Autism) is teach & apply independent living skills through tiered housing for adults with autism. SLLEA serves neurodiverse adults working with them to achieve and maintain meaningful independence and self-sufficiency in their lives.

Our comprehensive strengthbased program encompasses autismspecific direct support and neuroaffirming social skills curriculum emphasizing empowerment and selfadvocacy. SLLEAs curriculum and supports are coupled with selfmanagement technology and are carefully designed to foster sustained personal growth and selfconfidence across three pivotal adult transition areas 1 Independent living 2 Higher education and 3 Career exploration and meaningful employment. INDEPENDENT LIVING Autismspecific supports and education in technologyequipped smart homes with focus on developing skills and capability and allowing for more positive achievements in multiple domains of life functioning.
