Embracing Student Diversity California Community College Extended OpportunityProgram and Services Association The EOPS programs mission is to encourage the enrollment retention and transfer of students handicapped by language social economic and educational disadvantages and to facilitate the successful completion of their goals and objectives in college. EOPS offers academic personal and career counseling financial resources and other support services that go over and above the traditional services on college campuses. The CCCEOPSA is established by members of the 116 California Community Colleges.
