Transformative Leadership for Change – Advancing Social Change in Colorado WHO WE ARE TLC was built by and for Black Indigenous and People of Color BIPOC leaders to transform ourselves our organizations and the larger movement ecosystem so we can thrive in our leadership build real power for our communities and see our visions of liberation come to life. WHAT WE DO Our core program is a yearlong fellowship for BIPOC leaders in Coloradobased social justice organizations. TLC also provides ongoing opportunities for fellowship graduates to access community care build strategic collaborations and leverage funding for their organizations.
