We believe everyone is valuable everyone deserves care and everyone can help OUR SERVICES Primary Care Diagnoses Testing Lab Services Acute and Chronic Care Nursing Vaccinations Foot Care Referrals Nutrition Health Education Diabetes Management Social Work SNAP Disability MedicaidCare LIEAP and applications Case Management etc Specialty Care Physical Therapy Respiratory Clinic Dermatology Counseling Provided by UWYO counseling interns licensed professionals Medication Dispensing with limited formulary. We do not distribute narcotics. Vaccinations HEP AB HEP B Shingles Tdap Pneumococcal Influenza HPV9 Referrals Clients must be established in DTC Primary Care before receiving referrals.
