I primarily work with clients experiencing anxiety depression PTSDtrauma and relationship concerns. There are some challenges we feel illequipped to handle especially when they accompany major life transitions. These experiences can greatly impact our sense of stability and leave us feeling incapable and even doubtful about the future.
