Hard to believe our 5th graders are almost middle schoolers! To celebrate the end of their elementary adventure, they headed to SeaWorld and made some unforgettable memories together. We’re so proud of this amazing group and can’t wait to cheer them on in middle school! (fb)

Senior Spotlight: Patpimon Tantisuwanna The final senior in our spotlight series is known for her resilience. She faced new environments and new cultures, and she persevered to achieve her goals. Patpimon (Yuki) Tantisuwanna is from Bangkok, Thailand, and she has been at BCS since ninth grade. Her brother, March, graduated in 2022. She loves traveling, studying, cooking, singing, and playing guitar. Yuki is Secretary of the National Honor Society. She is a member of the National English Honor Society, National Technical Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, and Student Government. She served as Captain of Varsity Golf and participated in Varsity Soccer. Math has always been her favorite subject, and she uses her knowledge to tutor her classmates and other students. “I not only enjoy challenging myself with difficult problems, but it allows me to help my friends to understand the concepts more easily.” She is thankful for Mr. Smythe’s math classes. She also appreciates Mrs. Velez. “I enjoy being a student in her class. She has provided great advice on Illustrator.” “Yuki is a bubbly and smart force of nature in our Bayshore family. She is very talented in several areas (Mathematics and Graphics to name a few). She is so very loving and kind that people are drawn to her to share a special moment or a warm laugh. I look forward with great anticipation to seeing her jump into her God-given calling and make a splash! I will miss her and will be praying for her daily,” says Mrs. Velez. Yuki will return to Bangkok to attend Thammasat University to earn a Bachelor of Economics through the International Program. She plans to open her own business. This year’s Service, Enrichment, and Travel (SET) Week ranks as her top memory while here. She hopes all students work hard and that they take advantage and enjoy every opportunity they are given. She is grateful for her time at BCS, the chance to share her culture, and the Faith Warriors God placed in her life. “Bayshore has provided me with a comfortable environment and the opportunity to improve myself in both academics and sports. These past four years have meant a lot. I will miss my friends and teachers.” (fb)
