The Policy Academies Shaping a fair just and fully inclusive future The Policy Academies envisions a more just and equitable society brought about by policy decisionmaking that is fully informed and shaped by the people and communities most directly affected. Cultivatinga new generation of policy leaders who reflect our democracy and who will strengthen and protect its institutions We provide a multiracial cross generational support system from college completion through graduate school to earlymid career. Weve developed our programs to recruit for a researcher mindset train essential skills knowledge expose access to networks and careers connect to build social capital and cultivate careers of impact in the policy field. How we work Training Development Career Acceleration Thought Leadership Field Transformation We invest in early career professionals and propel their trajectory in successful policy careers through our trainings and access to resources networks.
