Our Purpose is To Promote and Improve The Working Relationship Between The Membership and The City of Sacramento To Advance and Improve The Wages Hours and Terms and Conditions of Employment of The Membership and To Represent The Individual and Group Members In All Aspects of The EmployerEmployee Relationship.
