Cosette Dixon is a certified Life Coach, Path Coach, and Trainer with over 20 years of experience empowering individuals and teams to lead with authenticity, joy, and purpose. She has worked with Fortune 100 companies, sports teams, HR departments, families, and faith-based organizations, guiding them toward growth and lasting transformation. Known for her wisdom, humor, and ability to ask powerful questions, Cosette specializes in leadership development, personality assessments, and communication strategies. She is certified in the BEST Instruments Profile, VIA assessments, and customer care training through INTOUCH Coaching, LLC, and follows ICF coaching standards. Beyond coaching, Cosette has shared her gifts across North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. She serves on the board of Life Source International and dedicates herself to mentoring and community service.
