Our Artist Survey, “Are You Okay?” made one thing especially clear: Los Angeles artists need support right now, and performing artists in particular may slip through the cracks of other funding opportunities. The impact of the fires goes beyond the unfathomable loss of home and property; artists have lost performance spaces, residency time, instruments, supplies, and countless days of work.
